Ahh, how great homeschooling is. 🙂 I always appreciated the freedom that being homeschooled allowed me—yet it also taught me to work responsibly and independently. And those three things made me love learning. Not a bad life at all! ❤
Absolutely! I so love to hear from other current or past HSers. I like the perspective! I agree- responsibility and independent learning have come along with this lifestyle which is so important.
Me too! I was homeschooled from grade 3 until I graduated, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve been told that university life is nothing like high school, but it was pretty close (besides there being more people and more work to be done, of course) to what I was used to. I was able to do really well with it because I knew how to work independently, make my own schedule and stick to it, and I felt responsible for my education. I know that some people from public schools can be that way, but I definitely believe that homeschooling helps A LOT with that!
THAT’S comfort reading!
