Is that a pear blossom?
I can’t remember if I’ve written about it before, but I have a fermentation mixture I named “wild child” (saw that was one of the categories on this photo just now) My wild child is a mixture of pear, apple, raisins, cabbage, carrot, pepper, peanuts, etc.)

You have told me about your “wild child” before. It sounds good and definitely interesting! This isn’t a pear blossom. I’m not sure what exact type of tree this is but it has the most beautiful pink blossoms every spring. I love it!
