Well, so far we have a dog house that she built with a little bit of help from dad…for a dog that doesn’t exist yet but she REALLY wants. She is an ingenious and persuasive little thing 🙂 I think she’ll be getting a dog soon. And it definitely motivated her to learn how to use the power tools and measuring tape!

This was a really fun block! And, interestingly-as life and HS usually are-I was stressed about our big move and all the work around here we have to do but the curriculum for practical projects could not have fit in more perfectly! Tools, measurements, hard work, planning, building…it was so perfect.
